 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and access to any training courses (“Courses”) offered by SoftBrooks (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website (the “Website”). By purchasing a Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making your purchase.
 1. Course Purchase and Access:
Course purchases are open to individuals worldwide.
Upon successful purchase of a Course, you will receive confirmation of your enrollment and access details, which may include login credentials and instructions on how to access the course materials.
Payment for Courses can be made in UK Pounds (GBP), US Dollars (USD), and Nigerian Naira (NGN) through our designated payment gateway. The final price will be displayed in your chosen currency before you confirm your purchase. Exchange rates will be determined by our payment processor and may be subject to change.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued in the original currency of purchase.
Access to the Course materials is granted to the individual who purchased the Course and is non-transferable. Sharing your login credentials or Course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your access.
The duration of access to the Course materials will be specified on the Course description page. After this period, your access may be revoked. We may, at our discretion, offer extensions for an additional fee.
2. Course Content and Delivery:
The content of each Course is designed to provide training and educational resources related to tech careers. While we strive for accuracy and completeness, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or employment opportunities upon completion of a Course.
Course content may include videos, presentations, documents, quizzes, and other learning materials. We reserve the right to modify or update the Course content at any time without prior notice.
Mentoring services, if included in the Course package, will be subject to separate terms and conditions provided to you upon enrollment. Mentoring availability is not guaranteed and may be subject to scheduling limitations. Time zones will be taken into consideration when scheduling mentoring sessions, but ultimate responsibility for scheduling rests with the mentee.
We make no warranties, express or implied, about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the information, products, services, and related graphics contained in the Courses for any purpose.
 3. Refunds:
Our refund policy is as follows:
Limited Time Refund: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be issued less a 10 percent which is administration fee, in the original currency of purchase. Access to the course materials will be revoked upon refund. Refunds are only considered if the student has not started the course with written explanation for the refund request. The refund is at our sole discretion and will be issued in the original currency of purchase.

 4. Intellectual Property:
All Course materials are the intellectual property of SoftBrooks and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any Course content without our prior written consent.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability with respect to the Website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Website for any purpose.
