Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Social Media Account Analyst/Intern (Nigeria) to join our growing marketing team. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of social media campaigns.
- Create engaging and informative content for various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram), including text posts, images, and short videos.
- Schedule and publish social media content using scheduling tools.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and escalate issues as needed.
- Engage with followers and participate in online conversations.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in the creation of social media reports, tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, and website traffic.
- Learn about social media advertising and assist with campaign setup and monitoring

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong interest in social media and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
- Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Creative and enthusiastic with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Nigerian IT landscape is a plus.
