Role Overview

As a Project Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the successful execution of technology projects within our IT consulting firm. Your focus will be on ensuring project alignment with organizational goals and delivering exceptional solutions to our clients.

• Develop, plan, and manage the implementation of technical programs/projects for both internal and external clients.
• Handle multiple technical initiatives simultaneously.
• Foster strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Create and manage detailed project plans.
• Define project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
• Align program/project objectives with company goals.
• Track project team tasks, milestones, and overall progress.
• Utilize change control processes to manage schedule or deliverable changes.
• Proactively identify risks and collaborate on mitigation plans.
• Develop effective project communication plans.
• Facilitate client and internal team meetings.
• Lead quality assurance of project artifacts and deliverables.
• Initiate and manage change control processes when necessary.
• Evaluate program/project results through lessons learned or retrospectives.
• Actively seek opportunities for business transformation and cost reduction.

Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. At least 3 years of professional experience in managing and leading Technology projects. Professional Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL or APM).
